1. General information
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which categories PublicaGratis.es may use, why they are used, and how you can accept, reject, configure or withdraw consent. It also describes the information recorded when you save a choice.
PublicaGratis.es operates its own consent-management system. Browsing the site does not mean that you accept optional cookies: they are enabled only after an affirmative action in the banner or preference panel.
2. Website controller
- Controller: IDEAS RESPETUOSAS S.L.
- Spanish tax ID (CIF): B-72751845
- Registered address: Calle Clavo 20, blq 1, 8 - 03189 Orihuela Costa, Alicante, Spain

In this policy, the controller may also be referred to as PublicaGratis.es, the website, the Company or the Controller.
3. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website may store on a user’s device. They can remember information about a visit, such as a privacy choice or a signed-in session.
Similar technologies include pixels, tags, local storage and identifiers that store or access information on a device.
4. Applicable rules
Cookie use is governed by applicable Spanish and European rules. The Spanish reference text cites, among other provisions:
- Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights.
- The Spanish Data Protection Agency’s criteria and guidance on cookies.
5. Types of cookies
First-party cookies are managed by PublicaGratis.es or the domain providing the service. Third-party cookies are managed by external organisations, for example when an integrated service is loaded.
By duration, cookies may be session cookies, which are removed when the browser closes, or persistent cookies, which remain for the period set by their purpose and configuration.
By purpose, they may be technical or necessary, preference, analytics or measurement, advertising, or external-content cookies. Necessary cookies support basic functions. Preferences can remember choices; analytics can measure site use; behavioural advertising can build profiles to personalise ads; and external content can include videos, maps, social networks or forms. These functions apply only if the relevant service is integrated and, where required, after consent. Preference and analytics categories do not currently have an active service on PublicaGratis.es. Google AdSense advertising loads only after marketing consent.
6. Cookies and technologies currently used
The current implementation uses these first-party cookies to remember your choice and associate it with its record. Their periods reflect the site’s current configuration:
- pg_cookie_consent: stores the selected categories for up to 180 days.
- pg_cookie_visitor: a random identifier used to associate the choice with its record; configured to last up to 2 years.
- Session and security cookies: may be used when you sign in to authenticate you and protect access; their duration depends on session configuration.
Preference and analytics categories are not currently connected to active services. The marketing category controls Google AdSense loading and remains off until you consent. When a third-party service loads, that provider may set its own cookies; their names and periods can vary and are also governed by the provider’s information. This policy does not present a fixed list of third-party advertising cookies.
7. Consent-management system
The banner and its panel let you accept all optional categories, reject them, choose them individually and save a custom selection. Optional categories are initially off. You can reopen the panel using the cookie link in the footer.
Continuing to browse, closing the banner or remaining on the site without making a choice is not treated as consent. Accept and reject are presented with equal prominence.
8. Consent records
When you save a choice, the site stores a consent cookie and records the decision in its database. The record may include:
- A random visitor identifier and, if a session exists, an internal user identifier.
- Date and time, decision, and the necessary, preference, analytics and marketing categories.
- Consent version, source path, host and the browser’s language preference.
- User agent and an IP address transformed using a truncated hash; this field does not store the IP address in plain text.
This information is used to retain and document your choice, handle issues and protect the site. The retention period for database records is not specified in this policy and should be checked in the Privacy Policy or confirmed with the controller.
9. How long your choice is stored
The cookie that remembers your preferences currently lasts for up to 180 days. The visitor identifier used to associate the record is configured to last for up to 2 years. You can change your choice sooner; deleting browser cookies may also cause the banner to appear again.
If categories, services or purposes change materially, PublicaGratis.es may ask you to review your preferences again.
10. How to accept, reject or configure cookies
You can make your choice in the initial banner or open the settings panel. The available options are:
- Accept all: records acceptance of the available optional categories.
- Reject optional: keeps only necessary cookies active.
- Customise: lets you select each optional category separately.
- Save preferences: records your custom selection.
Necessary cookies remain active because they support basic site functions and the management of your choice.
11. How to withdraw or change consent
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie-settings link in the footer. When you withdraw marketing consent, the site stops requesting new advertising loads; if the provider has already loaded, the page reloads to apply the withdrawal.
Withdrawal does not automatically remove cookies that a third party has already stored. You can delete them in your browser settings.
12. How to delete cookies in your browser
You can allow, block or delete cookies in your browser’s privacy or security settings. The location of these controls depends on the browser and its version.
Blocking all cookies may affect sessions, preferences or other site functions.
13. Third-party cookies
External providers are responsible for cookies managed from their domains and for the processing they carry out. PublicaGratis.es limits advertising loads to cases where marketing consent has been given.
Check each provider’s privacy and cookie policies for its technologies, periods and controls. Third-party configurations may change on domains that PublicaGratis.es does not control.
14. International data transfers
Some external providers may be located outside the European Economic Area or process data in other countries. If a provider involves international transfers, PublicaGratis.es will seek to ensure that they follow safeguards under applicable rules, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally valid mechanisms. Specific information depends on the provider and service.
Before enabling a new optional technology, PublicaGratis.es should review the provider’s information and update this policy where needed. This page does not claim that a specific transfer occurs when the relevant service is inactive.
15. Cookies and personal data
Cookie identifiers may be linked to an account, an IP address or other technical data. Consent records may include an authenticated user identifier and the technical information described in this policy.
Where this information is personal data, the PublicaGratis.es Privacy Policy also applies and describes the processing of personal data.
16. Children
PublicaGratis.es is not specifically directed at children. Where the law requires authorisation to consent or submit personal data, children must involve a parent, guardian or legal representative.
17. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated if the technologies, active categories, providers, applicable rules or consent system change. The version published on this page is the version offered on the site.
If a material change affects your choice, you may be asked to review your preferences again.
